The Gaviota 4 is specially designed to provide a balanced and flexible experience on all distances. The Gaviota 4 comes with HOKA’s J-Frame. This frame ensures extra stability and guidance to the feet during heel-to-toe transition. A striking element in these shoes is the new, springy CMEVA midsole material. The Dual Density CMEVA midsole is made of two different foams; the foam at the toes has a higher density and thereby provides a more responsive and energetic toe off, while the foam at the heel is softer and provides a cushioned landing.
